Return Process

- Shipping: You will be responsible for ALL shipping charges to and from the site.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Shipping Charges
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping charges to and from the site. This includes the initial shipping cost to you and the cost to return the product to us.
